Unscheduled Deployment
Unscheduled deployment is the most popular way that most companies make use of our IT professionals, typically for issues too complex to be handled remotely. In a normal scenario the Help Desk triaged your issue and determined that it could not be handled remotely. When they have assessed your need for an engineer onsite, they schedule one to be deployed to your location at a time convenient for you.
If you feel more comfortable dealing with an onsite engineer rather speaking over the phone, you can request onsite deployment at any time.
Schedule Onsite IT
At TMI we understand that some businesses require more than single deployment when there is an issue. They want regular ongoing IT professional services but don't have the budget or the full-time requirement to hire an on-staff IT professional. In these scenarios we suggest outsourcing your IT needs to TMI. We can work with you to schedule a regular visit from the same TMI professional. While on-site our TMI pro will be your company's "IT Guy," assisting you with any and all of your technical issues at the same time as often as your business requires.
